There is no other festival quite like this one which features the largest and most spectacular ice and snow sculptures. Set in the chilliest months, in the coldest part of China, more than 15,000 people carve, shape, and assemble about 4 million cubic feet of ice. If you can stand the cold air, the views are amazing.
